Having lived in the Maryland/Washington, DC area, I had the chance to meet and network with a lot of cool people. In this case one of the people that I knew happen to open up a Gong Cha Tea location in Howard County Maryland (Think of Annapolis, MD area or the Naval Academy... that area).
